Why now
For most of the plants we work with, it is now the largest overhead anyone can actually do something about. Three things changed at once.
Grid tariffs have moved far enough, fast enough, that electricity is now a leading line in most industrial overheads rather than a utility cost nobody examined. For a mill or a cold store running through daylight, it is often the largest controllable one.
Load-shedding and voltage fluctuation still cost production hours and damage motors. A correctly sized array with the right inverter protection addresses both — which is an engineering outcome, not a saving on a spreadsheet.
Panel prices have fallen while tariffs have risen, so the arithmetic has genuinely changed. What has not changed is the quality of advice: inflated quotes, wrong products, and nobody accountable once the system is switched on.

The model
Pakistan's solar market has a trust problem: inflated quotes, hidden margins, wrong products, and nobody accountable once the system is switched on. We work the other way round.
Paid only when it works.
One qualified electrical engineer designs your system, specifies every component and signs off the commissioning. Every original supplier invoice reaches you. The fee falls due only once the system is generating — so the incentive to oversize, over-specify or overstate is not merely promised away, it is absent.
No showroom, no sales team.
A dealer has a showroom, a sales force and a stock position, and every one of those is paid for out of the margin on your equipment. There is none of that here. Procurement happens at wholesale market prices from suppliers built up over years, and the saving stays with you rather than covering someone else’s fixed costs.

Most systems in Pakistan are sold by one party, installed by a second and abandoned by both. Here the engineer who sized the array and commissioned the inverters is the person who picks up three years later — generation checks, warranty claims, and the call when a reading looks wrong.

Which is the problem this site exists to solve. A referral carries trust that a search result does not, so here is what the referral network actually looks like.
Almost all of this work arrived by referral — from a retired Siemens country head, WAPDA general managers, doctors, entrepreneurs and overseas Pakistanis who sent me to someone they knew.
Two clients have now come back for a second project: a food manufacturer in Vehari and a cold storage operator in Dera Ghazi Khan. A repeat industrial client is the only review that costs the reviewer anything.
The referrals that matter most come from engineers — people who can read a single-line diagram and check whether the protection was specified properly. Those are the hardest clients to satisfy and the ones worth having.
How we work
Six stages. Nothing is quoted before stage one has happened, and nothing is invoiced until stage five is complete.
We visit the site, measure your roof or ground area, check your sanctioned load and phase, and read your last twelve months of bills. Nothing is quoted before this happens.
Load profile and shading assessment
The array and inverters are sized against your actual daytime consumption rather than against your roof area. Under net billing that distinction is the difference between a system that pays back and one that exports cheaply.
Single-line diagram and bill of materials
Equipment is bought at wholesale market prices from suppliers we have worked with for years. Every invoice reaches you in the supplier's own name, dated and itemised.
Original supplier invoices
Installation teams we trust, available at 24 hours notice, with our engineer on site for the parts that decide whether a system lasts twenty years — structure anchoring, DC termination and earthing.
Progress photographs and site reports

Industrial and commercial work is taken across Pakistan. Domestic work is concentrated in Lahore, because that is where personal availability after commissioning is a promise we can actually keep.
Every city listed has a delivered project behind it. We don't list places we would merely like to work in.
Policy
In February 2026 NEPRA replaced net metering with net billing under the Prosumer Regulations 2026. Under the new regime the units you export are bought back at roughly a third of the old rate, which changes how a system should be sized — self-consumption during daylight now matters far more than export does. The figures are contested and still moving, so we treat them as data with a date on them rather than as a selling point.

The fee is the whole business. Equipment is bought at wholesale market prices and you receive every original supplier invoice in the supplier name, so what the equipment cost is what you pay. On top of that total I charge 4%, invoiced only once the system is installed, tested and generating. If it never runs, I am not paid.
You get the original invoices, dated and itemised, in the supplier own name — not a summary I typed. Wholesale prices for panels and inverters in Pakistan are checkable, and I expect clients to check them. The model only works if the paperwork survives scrutiny.
Sometimes, and I will tell you straight when it is not. Four percent of a small domestic job does not cover the engineering time it deserves, so below roughly 20 kW I will either say so upfront or point you to an installer I trust rather than take the work and under-serve it.

For a domestic system, usually two to four weeks from order to commissioning. For an industrial project in the hundreds of kilowatts, six to twelve weeks is realistic — procurement lead time on inverters is normally the constraint rather than installation. The net metering or net billing application with your distribution company runs alongside and can add several weeks on its own.

It is set by your daytime load, not by your roof. The starting point is twelve months of bills and your sanctioned load and phase, which tell us how many units you consume between roughly 9am and 4pm. Under net billing those are the units worth generating. A site that runs machinery through the day — a mill, a cold store, an ice plant — can usually justify a system covering most of that daytime draw.
Usually not, and I will say so. A battery earns its cost where there is a genuine outage case or an evening load that has to be covered. Under net billing it is rarely justified on arbitrage alone — the spread between what you save and what you would have exported does not pay for LiFePO4 storage over its life. Where storage is specified it is LiFePO4 only, from Dyness or Pylontech.
They come from the manufacturer, not from me, and you get the paperwork. Tier-one panels typically carry a 12-year product warranty and a 25 to 30-year performance warranty; inverters typically 5 to 10 years with an extension available at purchase. I keep the warranty register with expiry dates and handle claims on your behalf as part of after-sales, because a warranty you have to chase alone is worth less than one someone chases for you.
